Each metric needs an owner, a refresh date and a documented threshold for concern. 4. Set delivery checkpoints that show movement. Owner: Programme lead. Target date: agreed in sprint planning. Acceptance criteria: measurable improvement in at least one operational metric, such as reducing audience build time from five days to one. If the metric does not move, the change has not landed.
What good looks like next
The practical end state is not a perfect system. It is a working one: customer records joined well enough to support segmentation, measurement that reflects how people actually shop, and reporting that helps leaders decide rather than debate definitions.
